The Three-Body Program · Delivery Lab
Your developers write code faster. Can the rest of your delivery system keep up?
The Three-Body Delivery Lab brings the people who plan, build, review, govern and release software together around one real change. In two or three focused days, they do the work, expose the new constraints and leave with a workflow they can repeat.
An AI-native SDLC accelerator.
The trigger
The queue simply moves somewhere else.
Agentic coding can compress implementation from a sprint to a few days. Planning, review, testing, governance and deployment rarely move at the same speed. The result is not automatically faster delivery. The queue simply moves somewhere else.
This is not another prompt workshop. We find the new constraint by running real work through the whole system.
How it works
One real change, the whole delivery system, two or three days.
Prepare one real outcome
We select a bounded work item, bring in only the people needed to complete it and make access and decision paths ready.
Execute together
Over two or three focused days, the team takes the work from intent through implementation, review, governance and an agreed definition of done.
Make the path repeatable
We leave the team with the working result, the blockers and decisions made visible, and a 30-day experiment for its normal delivery flow.
What you leave with
Completed work, visible constraints, a workflow you can run again.
- One real change completed or made production-ready.
- The new delivery bottleneck identified with evidence.
- Clear boundaries for AI assistance and human judgment.
- An explicit workflow the team can run again.
- A 30-day experiment with owners and measures.
Fit
Who this is for, and who it is not.
Good fit
Teams already using coding assistants or agents, with one real use case and leaders willing to make the relevant participants available. Regulated or complex organizations where review, governance and cross-team dependencies cannot simply be removed.
Not a fit
Introductory AI training, a generic hackathon, a tool demonstration, or an enterprise rollout without a real first use case.
The Delivery Lab is a new TilinTheCloud offer built from twenty years of doing the underlying work: modernizing systems, redesigning the teams around them, introducing GenAI into delivery, and running focused cross-functional accelerators. The format is new. The work is not.

Questions
The ones that come up first.
Is this training?
Participants learn while completing real work, but the outcome is not course completion. It is a working result and a delivery pattern they can repeat.
Do we need to replace Scrum with Kanban?
No. The Lab does not prescribe a framework. It uses evidence from the real workflow to determine which policies and flow practices should change.
Does the whole organization need to participate?
No. Start with the smallest set of people who can take the selected work to done. Expansion is a later decision.
Can this work in a regulated environment?
Yes, when security, risk and compliance are designed into the definition of done and the relevant decision-makers participate. The Lab does not bypass controls to create a faster demo.
What happens before the live days?
Focused preparation selects and slices the use case, establishes the baseline, confirms participants and prepares access, environments and decision paths.

Is your work ready for a Lab?
Bring the change you want to make and the people who own it. Thirty minutes is enough to tell whether a Lab fits, or whether something smaller does.
